Den här helgen innehöll lite av allt :-))
Grym träning med Titti, Löpning med Jörgen, Middag med Casey, farsan kom hem från Norge. Nick och jag på Way Out West (thank you Americk for letting me be you :-))) sprang rakt i famnen på Alexander Skarsgård (myyy gåååd sååååå het) på WOW dag nr 3. Fick bekräftat att blondiner har roligare med Christine som för kvällen var brunetts, fast vi hade jätte kul!!! Fick otippat goda kanelbullar från RR, lugn löpning med syster-yster på cykel till Mölndal och brutal-jogg hela vägen hem (16 km totalt), och så 20 timmar som författare :-))
Det var min helg och jag trivs som fisken i vattnet :-))
Det enda som jag missade var Outcast i fredags. För efter löpturen i Skatås så åt jag middag med Casey och tänkte att jag går hem och power-nappar en stund innan konserten. En kvart ni vet. Klockan var bra 21.40 när jag skiljdes från Casey så jag tänkte att jag vilar för att orka hela kvällen. Not so smart!!! Jag vaknar upp kl. 03.45 med party-stassen på :-))
Men med facit i handen så var nog det smart, jag hade aldrig orkat annars :-))
Så nu blev det en galet rolig helg men ändå inget sölande (drack lite mellan öl för att känna party-känslan men ändå vara i träningsform dagen efter :-)))
Och det var jag faktiskt, men nu måste jag nog sova.
Och boken, jag säger bara boken. Den blir såååå fin. Eftersom det är 23 berättelser med så blir det en fantastisk blandning och olika vinklar.
Jag har fått en ny lektör som jag fattade 100% tycke för, efter att vi bonadat med lite cancer-humor (den kan vara svart, rå och jävligt rolig :-)))
Så nu känns det så bra. Att jag kan lita på att det blir trovärdigt, vackert och gripande och informativt. Så att alla ni friska förstår vad det är vi går igenom. På riktigt liksom.
Det skall bli så kul att få presentera den för er snart. I oktober blir det stor fest.
Jag har ju lovat fest innan. Jag vet. Men den här gången blir det av, på riktigt jag lovar.
Och kanske hittar projektet nya vackra vägar att gå på och tillsammans med någon. Håll tummarna för att vi får lite hjälp.
Nu måste jag verkligen sova.
Men för er som det är måndag morgon för; kör hårt det här blir en grymt bra vecka, eller hur? :-)))

Alltså man fuskar inte när Titti håller i kameran :-))) Så grymt vi körde. Knäböj och tunga vikter, snart så :-)))
Jag tyckte ändå att jag fått till mina poser. Men när man ser Christine så förstår man att man har en bit kvar. Åh jag vet att man inte skall jämföra, förlåt alla yogisar. Men jag vill ju bli lite mer bendy :-)))

Så bra musik !!!!! Minns inte vad soul-killen hette (för den hette något med död och det tycker jag är ett ganska märkligt namn… men grym var han helt klart!!!
Hemma efter en låååååång runda i Mölndal nu i kväll. Jag tänkte lite Forest Gump :-)) Var nere på 5:17 tempo (fläckvis bara :-))) Notera mitt schnygga pannband :-)))
Vi är eniga!! Blonds have more fun. Och korthårig brunett har tråkigast av alla :-))) Men man har inte roligare än man gör sig :-))

Jag har ett PRESSBAND, tack Am för att jag fick vara du för en helg. Sååååå spännande!!
Känner mig inte som smartaste fotografen i stan, när jag ser den här bilden. Men jag har hittat en app som gör att man kan ta självutlösande bilder på iPhonen. Men ibland är man ju inte tillräckligt snabb :-))
Så här skulle det ju se ut!! Jag fick åka med Jörgen till Skatås för att springa (åh som han sprungit i sommar, vilken jädra speed) på hans fina fina vespa. Här kör vi lite heja heja heja ramsor. (detta är exakt 2 timmar och 35 minuter innan min power-nap :-))
Så kul att man fick vara med på ett litet litet hörn och förgylla din helg. :-)) Men det där med ”Blonds have more fun” är det verkligen skillnad på uppmärksamhet ute? Har nämnt det tidigare: Något att skriva om i nästa bok?

Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to make a really good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a lot and never manage to get nearly anything done.
