Det började egentligen samma dag som jag fick mitt cancerbesked.

Även om somliga hävdar att man inte kan sätta mål, när man är i kris. Alla kanske inte kan, vill, orkar eller vågar. Men vi är ändå ganska många människor, som mitt under de där helvetiska veckorna och för vissa, månader, när vi får vårt cancerbesked, som ändå sätter riktiga mål.

Och någon annan förklarade för mig att om man kan sätta mål under rådande omständigheter, så är det inte en ”riktig” kris. Vem bestämmer det?

Jag satte iallafall flera tydliga mål. SMART kallas det i coaching sammanhang. (Min lärare Magnus Kornbakk på Del Carnegie, skulle vara så stolt över mig om han bara visste:-)) Det skall vara Specifikt (S), Mätbart (M) Realistiskt (R) osv. Så att man kan ta sig dit.

Men även om min kris var på riktgt, mina mål verkliga, så är det ju inte säkert att man kan använda sig av dem hela tiden. För när man nått sina mål, måste man ju sätta nya. Och det är #vägen tillbaka II som startar nu i morgon den 1 juni. För nu skall jag träffa en PT. Jag har ju sprungit på Aktivitus och andra löpar-grejer men inte riktigt hittat helheten. Så nu free-stajlar jag fram en egen väg tillbaka. Genom att plocka det bästa från alla världar.

För det är ju inte bara löpning som har med #vägentillbaka att göra, det har ju med hela människan att göra, hela jag. För det är ju hela jag som är lite skev och behöver komma tillbaka. Men för att hjärnan skall sansa sig, måste kroppen byggas starka. Precis som man gör yoga för att ”trötta ut” kroppen innan man kanske mediterar :-))

Så tiden, på ett varv runt 5:an i Skatås (sprang lite till för 5:an i Skatås är ”bara” 4,73) blev 28:45. Det är nu jag börjar, helheten och vägen tillbaka. Löpning, styrka, smidighet. Sedan kommer övriga kroppen pö om pö :-)) Men mer om det längre fram, en sak i taget, va-det ju :-))
