Jag älskar den här staden också. Att glida förbi Caleo och där sitter finaste GB med Eva och Liz. Finaste Costas ger en så välkomnande kram och man känner sig genast hemma.
Men det blev Bon som fick äran att föda våra svultna kroppar efter en lång, lång arbetsdag. Jag i Jönköping och Casey på sitt nya jobb!!
Fredagen blev en tidig kväll eftersom jag hade jobb hela lördagen. Och gymmet så klart :-))))
Och så köpte jag protein. Hampa protein. Killen i affären menade att många över doserar protein. Och han har säkert rätt.
För några år sedan levde jag på proteindrinkar och fick problem med njurarna. Belastningen blev för stor för det är mycket, mycket skärp i de proteinpulver som finns på marknaden. Så jag slutade så klart. Och började äta mer mat :-))
Men nu tycks det inte hjälpa med bara mat. Jag har konstant en inombords hunger som jag inte kan stilla. Så jag köpte vegetabiliskt protein i form av hampa. Jag mixade soyamjök, hampa, raw cacao, blåbär, cocos olja och hampa. Jag blev så in i märgen mätt. Att jag somnade kl 22.00 och vaknade i morse 09.18
Första natten på två år som jag sov på det viset, utan att vakna av hunger.
Nu skall här byggas muskler mina vänner!
Och jag fick jag med bästa grannen till gymmet. Heja heja söta A.
Jag och Anneli krängde vikter som värsta super-woman :-))
