Åh så fick jag bli ambassadör för Asics, med mitt lilla tränings-trix :-)))

Att gå ut lagom och sedan öka träningsmängden för att sedan gå tillbaka till vecka ett. Och stegra sin träning. Men med måtta :-)) Bara att anpassa till sin nivå. Det är vad jag pratar om i en liten träningsfilm som finns på jogg.se
